Join us for the highly requested class sponsored by our NCAT Leadership Initiative for Finishing Trades Committee (LIFT)! In this leadership training, we will focus on Dale Carnegie's Performance Change Pathway. The Performance Change Pathway™ encompasses five components: Input, Awareness, Experience, Sustainment, and Output. We know that these components are essential to the design and delivery of the learning that changes the way people work together. The pathway provides a hands-on, collaborative process that engages the learner and manager from initial contact through follow-up and support. Throughout the process, participants get the tools they need to:
-
Navigate individual and business needs
-
Track progress on a regular basis
-
Provide coaching and feedback on observable performance
-
Discuss how to achieve current and future goals
-
Focus on developing strengths and areas of improvement
We believe that learning doesn’t only happen in the classroom, and that it happens over time. Using the Dale Carnegie Human Relations Principles helps open the minds of participants to the need and desire to change, we maximize the opportunity to create the emotional and behavioral change that leads to performance change, the hallmark of Dale Carnegie training.
The Performance Change Pathway™ provides learners the necessary framework to get the support they need to unleash their potential to enhance their lives and the performance of the organization.
