LIFT’s mission is to prepare a diverse group of up-and-coming NCPFC and NCGMA members for future association leadership positions through training, mentorship, and networking.
LIFT offers members opportunities to:
Have a voice in their association and build awareness of association governance process and issues
Gain valuable governance and leadership experience by actively participating in Board-appointed Committees as members and/or Co-Chair positions.
Network, engage, connect, and provide a platform for sharing experiences and openness to thinking out of the box ideas for their industries now and in the future
Provide educational and professional development to further cultivate and empower existing and future leaders who are accountable and adaptable to change
Host fun events such as Sporting Clays
Experience mentorship from past generations
