NCAT Women's Leader Retreat will be held November 15, 2024.

This one-day retreat invites  women leaders to gather, share, learn, and transcend the unique challenges that often accompany leadership roles in male-dominated industries. This is a golden opportunity to learn, grow, and lead authentically. 

Retreat Highlights

We will be utilizing two self-assessments as pre-work that we can bring to the retreat and build off of.
