NCAT Trust Fund Series: Behind the Scenes with the Trust Fund Administrator (HS&BA)

Trust Fund Series

This session will let you get to know your third-party administrator. We will explain the different methods of reporting, the different report forms sent out each month, and how you can avoid making errors.

We will also answer common questions, including:

  • Why doesn’t the administrator catch and correct my errors?
  • Why is it important to get my contribution reports in on time?
  • Why do I need to send in a report even if I had no work during a particular month?
  • What happens if I do not report and pay my contributions?
  • How are liquidated damages and interest calculated and why was I assessed
  • What can be done if a participant or their family question the benefits accrued by the participant?
  • You will be able to ask your own questions also! What do you want to know?

Who should attend?

  • Newly signatory employers and their contribution reporting team(s);
  • Anyone who has questions about reporting and paying contributions correctly;
  • Current iRemit users who want to understand the system better and/or who have questions to ask;
  • Any employer who has questions about how the Administrator works and/or questions regarding processing and timing of contribution reports;
  • Employers who have questions on liquidated damages, interest, waivers and appeals

Lunch is on us: after attending this session eligible NCGMA and NCPFC contractors will receive a Door Dash gift card!
